This degree programme is entirely delivered in BLS (Blended Learning System), an innovative way of implementing didactical activities, in which classes in person (all broadcast both in live streaming and recorded) combine with telematics ones, delivered on a specific LMS platform. All teaching activities will be organised into didactics in person, telematics didactics (both frontal and interactive), with the possibility of interacting by means of discussion forums, including online, and the availability of an online content mentorship programme.

Course content

The degree programme is divided into two main educational areas. The first two years are common to all students and focus on the acquisition of a basic knowledge of law and the fundamentals and mechanisms of national law and international economic law. These studies require a knowledge of the English language as well as of the fundamentals of ICT (Information and Communications Technology) law. The second part lasts one year and offers three different study routes, each designed to provide an in-depth training of three areas of specialisation and aimed at creating different types of professionals: corporate lawyer, labour consultant and all professionals dealing with justice, public services and administration.

Career options

At the end of the programme students will graduate with a set of knowledge and skills that will enable them to choose from among a large number of career opportunities. As legal experts, they will be able to work both in private companies and public administrations, such as Councils, Regions, Courts and Prosecutors' offices, Revenue Agency or Labour Inspectorates. In addition, further career opportunities are in the labour consulting field, from banks to insurance companies.

After the degree

For those who intend to continue their education, the degree programme in Legal Services in Business and Public Administration allows to have access to the Master's Degree in Economics and Law for Business and Public Administration.
