Brief content description

The aims of the course,in a globalized and integrated context,include the analysis of the more relevant topics and issues about the internationalization process of the firms.The main stages of this study are represented by: - An Introduction to globalization; - The initiation of internationalization of the firms; - The process of analysing and selecting foreign markets; -The main internationalization theories. Market entry strategies represent the themes and topics ''core'' of the course. Deep attention wiil be devoted to analize the entry modes available to companies such exports, international agreements, outsourcing and foreign direct investments. Examining and understanding the major decisions, models and organizational structures to implement an international strategy, will conclude the study proposed by the course
