Unimore App
UNIMORE APP is the official mobile application of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, available free of charge for Android and iOS devices. This application is designed to offer easy access to the University's services and information to make life easier for students.
The app's homepage allows for customisation of the user experience, enabling users to add icons of the services they are interested in.
Among the services available are the "Profile", which allows you to view personal information, such as name, surname, matriculation number and other useful information about your degree programme; the "Exam Calendar", which shows the exams that can be booked and those already booked and allows you to cancel bookings the "Results Notice Board", which allows you to view the grade of the exam taken and choose whether to accept or reject it; the "Booklet", which shows the exams passed and those scheduled, indicating the name, date, CFUs and grade; the "Dashboard", which displays the total number of credits achieved.
In addition, UNIMORE APP provides access to the news published on the University website home page and to the official 'Social' profiles, in order to stay up-to-date on what is happening in the University. A public version of the app also allows non-students to access information on the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
The virtual badge is another new feature introduced by this application. This is a digital badge that students can use to prove that they are enrolled at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. The badge is available digitally within the app and can be displayed on the smartphone, making it very convenient to use.
The virtual badge can also be used as an identification document, replacing the traditional magnetic badge*. This means that students can use it to access university libraries: it contains all the information needed to identify the student, such as name, surname, matriculation number and department. It is therefore a practical and secure alternative to the traditional magnetic badge, as students do not have to worry about losing or damaging their magnetic badge: the virtual version is always available on their smartphone. In addition, it can be updated in real time with the latest information on the student, ensuring that it is always accurate and up-to-date.

* students are reminded, however, that they are required to keep their magnetic badges and to use them in all situations in which the virtual badge cannot be used (e.g. reading badges for those carrying out the 150 hours, access to teaching laboratories and rooms in which training activities are carried out).
