Art. 17 - Managerial functions
- In compliance with current legislation on management, executive positions are assigned by the Director General, after consulting the Rector.
- The managerial position can be revoked by the Director General, subject to notification to the interested party, for serious irregularities, inefficiency in the administrative action, including failure to achieve the assigned objectives; the revocation is governed by current legislation on public work and, in particular, by the rules set out in art. 21 of Legislative Decree 30/3/2001, n. 165 and subsequent amendments and additions.
- Managers are required to agree on the annual objectives with the Director General, according to the procedures or methods defined by specific regulations.
- Within the scope of their assigned or delegated tasks, managers operate in conditions of autonomy and responsibility. They are directly responsible for the implementation of the tasks entrusted to them in terms of efficiency and administrative correctness.
