Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is established by Rector's decree and is made up of 11 members: The Rector, three members outside the University, five members belonging to the University, two student representatives.
The General Manager and pro-Rectors with no voting rights participate in the Board of Directors. See art. 13 of the University Statute.
