Brief content description
Objectives: To know and understand the fundamental guidelines for the design of a modern high performance powertrain. To analyse in detail thermo-fluid dynamic aspects and thermo-mechanical aspects involved in the development of the powertrain. To elaborate in an original and autonomous way and apply multidisciplinary knowledge to the design of the combustion chamber, piston and engine head (intake and exhaust ports) of internal combustion engines. To develop the ability to operate within a project team, planning and managing the activities necessary to achieve effective technical results.
