Brief content description
The Course is intended for training students in the knowledge and use of operative dynamic tools supporting the logistic and production decision-making process. Detailed skills are about the design and management of inbound and outbound activities for process and manufacturing industry. It is also included the design and analysis of the tertiary sector and high-value service companies. The goal of the Course is the performance and economic optimization of production processes, as a whole, to reduce global annual costs due to inefficiencies, bottlenecks and inaccuracies coming from the preventive static phase of the feasibility study.
