Brief content description
The course provides an introduction to the use of Deep Learning and Computer Vision techniques in the Automotive field. The course, while not assuming a previous knowledge of Deep Learning, and therefore being open to those who have not previously attended Machine Learning courses, is also useful to those who have already addressed these issues by providing an application perspective in the Automotive field. The main automatic learning techniques will be presented for the automatic understanding of data coming from sensors, from internal and external on-board cameras and for the analysis of human-machine interaction. The course has a laboratory part with Python projects and libraries (OpenCV, PyTorch for Deep Learning) and sensors (cameras, eye trackers, accelerometers).
