Brief content description
The course aims to introduce the student to the knowledge: a) of the principles governing the relations between state and religious denominations both in Italy and Europe; b) of the fundamental principles of some religious legal systems; c) of the relationships between Human Rights and religion; d) of the legal instruments against religious discrimination.
