Brief content description

The course is aimed at providing students with the basic analytical tools required for the study of economic behavior in the context of strategic interactions, with particular emphasis on choice under uncertainty. As an application of these tools, attention is focused on two classes of economic situations: (1) contracting under asymmetric information, and (2) firm behavior in monopolistic and oligopolistic markets.
