Brief content description

The course aims at enhancing the knowledge of European, international and italian legislation on the freedom of speech and (digital) communication by means of the analysis of the case-law. Identifying the borders of the right of (digital) communication is thus in fact crucial importance in order to understand and confront the contemporary socio-cultural transformations also among students of the humanities and not only among law students and researchers.
