The course illustrates ethnobotany as a science that studies the environmental and cultural relationships between humans and plants. It is organized in 22 series of slides for three chapters: 1 - Introduction: definition, history, scientific societies and research relevance (4 lessons); 2 - investigation methods, data collection, research (5 lessons); 3 - case studies.
